techno parade 2006, paris.

i'd like to add a little explanation of why this shot is nice (

)
the techno parade was... "sponsorized" ? i'm not sure it's the word - by an organisation that fights against hunger.. and they had, as well as the other trucks, very loud music, the loudest in fact. and a girl was shouting in the microphone "move your body for the people who die of hunger !" - it was very strange and seemed a bit - a bit- inappropriate. i don't see how dancing could help them. and generally when the girl was talking over the music, people were complaining. her voice was pretty terrible anyway.
they sold badges for 2 euros... i don't really know how much they sold that day.
i just know that this irganisation pays its employees around 11 euros per hour to talk to people into giving money. that's a hella good salary. but i'd feel really bad doing that job, earning that much money to help some guys having a plate of rice.

Trés jolie qualité de photo et la prise de vue est trés sympa =]
J'trouve qu'ils ont ptête pas assez appuyer sur cette association cette année mais bn, au moins ils étaient présents ..

Lacigarette dans sa bouche, le noir et blanc de sn masque qui rappel le noir et blanc du logo .. Bref je trouve plein de petits détails à ta photo qui font qu'elle rend vraiment bien !

Tu peux en être fière =]

perso j'ai un peu du mal avec le salaire en effet, je trouve ca un peu indecent quand meme, c'est le genre de boulot qui generalement est fait par des volontaires et la l'action a sa place ...
par contre que la techno parade soutienne une action contre la faim c'est pas mal.

En ce qui concerne la photo, elle est tres belle, un vrai travail de qualite.

Loving the composition - and the story behind it all. I got offered a job doing charity work - going up to people in the street and getting them to donate. I didn't accept it. Morally, it's wrong to get paid 8 pounds an hour when the people I'm working for are starving.

C'est vrai que ça fait un peu "récup de chez récup" de la façon dont tu le décris... Et même une fois sur leur site ( [link] ) cette organisation quasi industrielle fait bizarre, et on peut trouver un décalage important entre la festivité de l'évènement et la gravité de la cause...
Ceci dit, maintenant, à peu près toutes les ONG recourent à des méthodes marketing digne des lessiviers...

Pour être tout à fait juste, j'ai juste noté que c'est un de leurs sponsors/partenaires qui rémunérait les marchands de badges.
Ceci dit, faut voir les résultats sur le terrain...

Sorti de toutes ces considérations, ta photo est très réussie
